This policy explains what information AUTOSMAI collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website and the AUTOSMAI application used by automotive businesses ("subscribers").
Information we collect
Account information
When you register a business we collect the business name and the Admin's name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
Business records
Subscribers store their own customer, vehicle, appointment, job, invoice, payment, employee and inventory records in AUTOSMAI. We process these records on the subscriber's behalf.
Beta waitlist
If you join the beta waitlist we collect your business name, your name, email, business type, city and state, and anything optional you choose to add (phone, website, team size, locations, features of interest). We use it to run the waitlist, confirm your email and contact you about early access. Product updates are sent only if you opt in. To limit fake sign-ups we keep a short-lived, scrambled fingerprint of your network and browser, never your full IP address. [Requires legal review before launch.]
Website analytics
During the beta we count page visits and clicks without cookies: the page, campaign tags, referring site, device type and country/region. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. [Requires legal review before launch.]
Website inquiries
If you use our contact form we collect the details you enter: name, email, optional phone and business name, and your message.
Technical data
Like most web services we process IP addresses, browser type and request logs for security, rate limiting and troubleshooting.
How we use information
- To provide, secure and support the service.
- To manage trials and subscriptions, including enforcing one free trial per Admin email.
- To reply to inquiries and send service notices.
- To deliver messages subscribers send to their own customers (email, SMS or calls) through the providers they enable.
AI features
When a subscriber enables AI features such as the AI receptionist, the relevant conversation and business information is processed by our AI service providers to generate responses. Subscribers decide whether to enable these features.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run AUTOSMAI (for example hosting, email, SMS/voice and AI providers), when required by law, or with a subscriber's instruction.

Retention
Subscriber records are kept for as long as the account is active and for a limited period afterward so the subscriber can return or request an export, unless a longer period is required by law. [Confirm retention periods.]
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information. Customers of a subscriber shop should contact that shop first, since the shop controls those records. To make a request, contact us via our contact form.
Security
Each business's data is isolated on the server, access inside a business is controlled by roles and permissions, passwords are hashed, and sign-in attempts are rate-limited. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected users of a breach as required by law.
Children
AUTOSMAI is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16.
