Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep login details secure. The Admin who registers the business is responsible for activity by the users they invite.

You must be authorized to bind the business you register.

Public beta (invitation only)

During the public beta, joining the waitlist does not create an account, start a free trial or create a subscription. Workspaces are created only from a personal, single-use invitation sent by AUTOSMAI. Beta workspaces are not billed while the beta lasts, and beta features may change, be limited or be withdrawn. We will tell you before any paid plan applies to you.

Free trial (after public launch)

Eligible new businesses receive a 60-day free trial. One trial is available per Admin email. No payment details are collected to start a trial. Access after the trial requires a paid plan, as described in the subscription and cancellation policy.

Subscriptions and fees

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on our pricing page when you subscribe. Prices may change for future billing periods with advance notice. Founding-customer prices last for the period stated when you subscribe and then renew at the standard price. Add-ons for phone, SMS and the AI receptionist include usage charges billed monthly.

Acceptable use

• Comply with laws that apply to you, including consumer-messaging and call-recording consent laws when you contact customers.
• Don't upload unlawful content, attempt to access other businesses' data, or disrupt the service.
• Don't resell or reverse-engineer the service.

Your data

You own the business records you put into AUTOSMAI. You grant us the rights needed to host and process them to provide the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy.

AI features

AI features, including the AI receptionist, can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing their configuration, the information they give customers and the bookings they make.

Availability and changes

We work to keep AUTOSMAI available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features over time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Termination

You may cancel at any time as described in the subscription policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
