Subscription & cancellation policy

Public beta

• AUTOSMAI is currently in an invitation-only public beta. Joining the waitlist is free and does not create an account, trial or subscription.
• Invited beta workspaces have no trial clock and are not charged during the beta.
• The free trial and paid plans below apply once AUTOSMAI opens public sign-up. We will give beta businesses notice before any charge.

Free trial (after public launch)

• Every eligible new business receives a 60-day free trial, starting when the workspace is created.
• No credit card is required to start, and you will not be charged during the trial.
• One trial per Admin email address.
• You can choose a plan at any time during the trial. You are only charged after you add a payment method and confirm your subscription.
• If the trial ends before you subscribe, your business records are kept; access is limited until you choose a plan.

Plans and prices

• Starter — $59 per month, or $590 per year.
• Professional — $129 per month, or $1,290 per year.
• Business — $229 per month, or $2,290 per year.

Add-ons (phone number, two-way SMS, AI receptionist, additional locations and additional staff accounts) are priced separately on the pricing page. Phone, SMS and AI receptionist add-ons include usage charges.

If prices change, we will give notice before your next billing period.

Founding-customer pricing

• The first 30 businesses to start a paid subscription receive founding prices for their first 12 months.
• Eligibility is confirmed when your first paid subscription starts, not when you start a free trial.
• The founding price ends 12 months after your paid subscription starts. Your subscription then renews at the standard price, and we notify you in advance with the exact date.
• Founding pricing is limited to one per business and does not transfer to a new account if you cancel and sign up again.

Billing and renewal

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until cancelled. [Confirm renewal-reminder requirements for your jurisdiction.]

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by contacting us via the contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Refunds

After cancellation or trial end

Your workspace becomes read-only or inaccessible until you subscribe. We keep your data for a limited period so you can return or request an export. [Confirm the retention period.]
